Each SWL ofﬁcer is trained and vetted in line with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Standard (ACS) and supported through ongoing professional development, this also now includes industry apprenticeships.
Every guarding location is supported via a real-time patrol system, ensuring our officer welfare, duty of care and reporting standards are met and monitored and effective site scheduling is achieved via our workforce management software system.
We know that security locations have different challenges, it is important to note that we provide specific site training for the deployed officers and in addition, each SWL assignment has a trained support team, ready to step in to cover for any absence.
Our dedicated contact managers continually monitor the security status working to ensure any identiﬁed areas of threat or concern are communicated and acted upon immediately.
SWL Security is an Approved Contractor of the Security Industry Authority and has been for five years. Not all security companies belong to the SIA but we believe that the standards adopted by the SIA are good for the industry and our customers.
